Disliked: Full disclosure - we got our money back and didn't stay.Check in took a half hour. The gave everyone before us a hard time because of their method of payment. I get the room keys- I saw used female sanitary item on the way to room. The rooms smell strongly of smoke. I go to the front desk and ask about it. 1st they tell me it was ppl smoking at the pool (no one was)Tell me they could get me 2 rooms in another part of the hotel. But since I have a dog one of us has to stay in Those rooms. Another front desk person comes up and tells us it's not smoke it's bleach we're smelling.....we demanded our money back. They made me go through booking even though I paid them. So there was 30 more minutes .The rooms had other people's cans in the fridge. There was gum on the ac unit. They said since we walked in the rooms we used them. We had to fight that too. Being in a room to see and smell it was not using the room. While I am appreciative of the ability to get my money back. It's not worth staying here.

Basic, No-Frills Motel

Liked: Really close to the airport. The room supplied the basics.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned very well. it was a Small room. It didn't accommodate the 2 queen size beds very well. I didn't like the bed being up against the wall because I had to crawl over the bed to get in or out. The mattresses were not very comfortable. There was little softness. In addition, there was NO breakfast or any spot available to have it. Also, I was really annoyed that Booking.com advertised that there WAS shuttle service when, in fact, they DON'T offer it. We had to UBER to the motel from the airport. And the parking lot is tiny and cannot accommodate all the cars needed for the rooms. Again, we had to UBER to get the rental car. Except for the price, I don't think I would stay here again.

Noisy with the airport and...

Liked: Clean but located by the airport.
Disliked: Airplanes fly right over.

Absolutely gross.

Liked: The sheets and linen appeared to be clean.
Disliked: The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The pergo flooring had toenail/fingernail clippings vitamin capsule crumbs, hair that I had to clean up using wet toilet paper. When I told the front desk I did not tell them I wanted a smoking room, she put me upstairs in a room that smelled like it was a definite room used for smokers. There were crumbs in the handle of the microwave, there was a used hand-towel left crumbled up in a ball, on the shelf above where the hangers were. There were crumbs all over the furniture where the TV was and a cigarette burn hole in the bed spread. Frankly, it was a disgusting experience. The room had no scent of having been cleaned.
