Liked: Dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned, bed sets were dirty and used, not a single light bulb worked, no toilet paper. Avoid this place.

Disliked: Check in person was not friendly or helpful at all. She acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. Old place that needs updating. No towel racks in bathroom. Thin walls, could hear the train and neighbors

Liked: It had a convenient location but that was not worth the awful experience at this place.
Disliked: Front desk staff was rude, no greeting, sighed heavily when I walked in to check in same with guest behind me, said pets? Then flung the key at me and said drive around the building it’s over there. Cannot get ahold of property manager. Room was dirty. Towels were dirty. Train horns starting at 4am. Dirt all over floor, furniture was dirty. It was gross

Will not stay there again!

Disliked: Poor customer service, front desk attendants were rude. Room was very outdated; the sink had major water damage, and the towels were old, and there was gross hair build up around the drain in the shower!

Good for an overnight stay!

Liked: The hotel is a good, basic, clean place to stay over night.Good hot water, refrigerator, & quiet. Walkable to downtown & restaurants & shops & grocery store.
Disliked: No glassware was provided. Some of the staff were not friendly. No electrical outlets by the bed.
