Poorly maintained

Liked: All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The mattress was medium firm and in good condition.
Disliked: Replacement of hallway carpet tiles should be a priority here. Terrible first impressions with the different odors as you're walking to your room. Stairways even worse. My room had stains on the walls. Floors need replacement. Highway noise. Loud AC. Lukewarm water and cold in the shower.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we requested a room change.
Disliked: The main lobby/ first floor hallway area and the first room we were placed into (108) smelled so much of cat urine that if we weren’t able to change rooms, it wouldn’t have been possible to stay. It was so strong that the ammonia burnt my nostrils and gave me a headache within being in the first room for less than 5 minutes. It was terrible and there is no way the staff aren’t aware of the smell. There was even a large spot on the floor of my first room that my sandal literally stuck to.

Disliked: Very dirty bathroom with urine on the toilet seats, a LOT of back human hairs on the towels and face cloths. Very noisy ventilation (room 102). Broken all lights in the room!
