Worst place to stay ever

Disliked: I booked two quad rooms for 8adults (2 of us had checked in in the afternoon), my friends were arriving later that night, but when we did they and myself were yelled at by the night lady whilst they were attempting to park and then go provide ID (I did not catch her name). This was early in the morning 2am - ish, as they had been driving for 14hrs just like myself earlier that day. Because of her behaviour they decided to continue driving instead of resting - this caused us to not be able to rest. I am extremely angry at this behaviour as she then later continue to ‘hover’ near the room door saying she would cancel our stay if others ‘showed up’ her words. My friends had every right to check in and definitely to NOT be yelled at or treated the way they were. This was completely unacceptable behaviour and ruined my trip to denver and my future choice of using Motel6.

Liked: Location was good for my needs.
Disliked: Wifi was a scam. If you log on the pop up screen was extremely small and would automatically set to bill you for logging on to wifi. Switching to free wifi was useless as it gave very poor connection, very slow and would cut out. No coffee in rooms and the coffee in office only came with powdered creamer. Did not see a cleaner at all in the four night stay.

Disliked: IT WAS NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED ON BOOKING.COM. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A QUEEN BED, IT WAS NOT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. IT WAS NOTIT REEKED OF CIGARETTES/SMOKE
