Disliked: The pool area needed better attention

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: I received a package and the Indian guy at the front desk gave me a hassle picking up my package. It was just unfortunate because how would I know my room number and that the package was at the front desk if it were not mine? There were only 2 small pillows on a king-size bed. I asked for another pillow and they did not have any. Also, some strange characters were wandering around the property. I saw at least 4 which made me uncomfortable. There are no microwaves in the rooms which is really inconvenient when you are traveling.

Liked: Easy check in, quiet, clean rooms. Easy access to Interstate.
Disliked: My room had a distinct unpleasant odor. Had staff provide a room freshener to mask the oder. Next door construction created parking problems. Small, unkept pet relief areas. Was difficult to find a good nearby restaurant.

Liked: The bed was ok. the bathroom was very large & had a roll in shower.
Disliked: There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. Well there was one of those tiny soaps that work best for washing hands.

Liked: For the price this exceeded all my expectations. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet.

Cleanest Motel 6 in Sacramento

Liked: Friendly staff, close parking, pool open and cleaned regularly, rooms are recently renovated and very clean. I've been staying here twice a month for years and I've never had a complaint.
