Bad.

Liked: Nothing, the only reason I didn’t leave is because I wouldn’t have gotten my money back.
Disliked: The sheets had stains on them, the tv didn’t work/none of the tv channels came up, the remote had no back to it/crusted batteries/didn’t work, WiFi was bad/would barely connect, the light on the night stand didn’t work, the outlets weren’t great. The rooms had wall/window AC units. Very sketchy hotel, got woken up one morning by a lady screaming at the top of her lungs multiple times then a car peeling out of the parking lot & yelling. Definitely not worth the price & the pictures online of the rooms made the rooms look A Lot better than they actually were. I booked a deluxe king room with a king bed & when I walked in my room there were 2 full beds.

Liked: Staff and the price.
Disliked: Numerous holes in the bedspread, broken toilet paper holder, missing furniture knobs, overall everything just seemed worn out.

Horrible!

Liked: Not very much
Disliked: Was not clean, smelled horrible, lights didn’t work, tv didn’t work until 2 people worked on setting it up. Receptacles were falling into the wall. Didn’t say it smelled bad?? Like animal piss. And no toilet paper!! NONE! Had to go get it. Desk help was unkempt and was not concerned for our comfort. It was a cheap stop at the start of our road trip but had I not been tired of driving I’d have moved on. Wasted 1/2 bottle of my good body spray to try and cover up the stink!

Wouldn’t recommend for more then...

Disliked: Burned/ stained sheets broken dresser stuff all over the mini fridge

Bad

Liked: Put me on 2nd floor when there were multiple 1st floor rooms available. Heater did not work had to go back to office and complain. When I first got there after driving 10 hours I asked to use a bathroom and the big black gentleman said no and left me in the office to check on a room that wasn't ready and left me in the office for 10 more minutes without a bathroom! I had to go outside under a stairwell to pee. All this before finding out the heater didn't work. Pathetic!
Disliked: Are you shittin me? I hope I don't have to tell you more...do you think I was treated like that cuz I was white? And he was gay and black?

Only stay here if you're...

Liked: Easy to get to off of the highway, allows pets with not additional fee. Free coffee and muffins.
Disliked: Not the cleanest. There were clearly people who were living in some of the rooms. Bed looked clean but everything else in the room was pretty gross. The door also didn't lock fully which didn't make me feel the safest.

Very poor

Liked: The one guy in the office was helpful and nice.
Disliked: I don't know where to start. The breaker went, so our room had no power for a while, the heater didn't work well, so they did give us a space heater, but it didn't work well either most of the time. They want you to clean up after your dog, yet there is dog poop literally everywhere. There was no ice. There was no night time office person most of the time.

Disliked: The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and so could have the fridge
