Liked: The location
Disliked: The room had bed bugs and dirty sheets also my tv was broken.

Liked: Clean, well lit. The pool was clean and in a great spot. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Only that these pillows were very lumpy. Most places have shampoo, conditioner etc. But they only provided soap. So bring your own. Stairwells a little dirty.

Frustrating!!

Disliked: Drain in tub was clogged. When you took shower tub water would fill up to ankle and when it drained it left a nasty hairy mess in tub. Asked to be moved to a different room 3 times-was denied each time because (per staff), we had to move after 11:00. A.m. after rooms were cleaned. We were taking the shuttle to Sequioa National Park each day, leaving at 7:30 each morning and returning after 8 pm each night so that was not possible. They did not offer to repair the drain.All I needed was a place to sleep and shower. Could not take shower after all that gook backed into tub. Too nasty!!!

Disliked: where to start..we checked in got our stuff to the room. it was beyond acceptable! dirty it was a smoking room but the bedspread was covered in cigarette burn holes. the toilet didn't flush correctly and didn't work the majority of the time. I asked for help twice but no one came to fix it. then there's cockroaches! yes they were all over the bathroom. the staff did absolutely nothing to help. I reported to booking.com. this place should be shut down! don't stay here! the pillows were just foam stuffed into cases and the beds rock hard. would have been better sleeping outside in my car!

Disappointing

It was economical, and clean,...

Liked: clean bed, clean floor, fridge & microwave, good price, large storage space, enough outlets, upgraded table/chairs, coffee at the front office is good.
Disliked: Know in advance that you have to pay $60.00 cash only deposit. Very inconvenient. Coffeemaker in room would be basic, but there's none. And doors do not seal closed. Pool isn't locked to outsiders; a person walked in, fully clothed, took a swim, got back on her bike and rode away.
