Liked: The desk staff the first night was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My dog was able to stay for free which is great because my funds were limited. The ac in the room worked so well I was cold. Close to the town center. And lots of food options.
Disliked: The hotel itself is old and very bare bones. The cleanliness could definitely be much better.Lots of old stains on the walls and floor that could have been cleaned off with a little bit of elbow grease. Likewise the tub was dirty and I didn't use the shower without cleaning it first. And I still used shower shoes. Sheets were stained but smelled clean. I still slept on top of the covers. No evidence of bedbugs. But for the money it was ok. Not great but ok. Lots of late night activity. This motel is a bit sketchy but in general I felt safe and I had a car loaded down with all my stuff and it was safe overnight. And I did see a cruiser in the parking lot when I walked my dog so that was nice.

Disliked: Extremely rude staff. Argued with me about things I asked about. Like no tv my whole stay and the rudeness of staff. Never answered the phone not once and never replied to my email

10/10 would not recommend

Liked: The fact we could rest our heads
Disliked: The fact that the front desk staff said “you people” to my spouse and I that was racist as heck! Let alone the issues with the room I ended up calling customer service and making a complaint fearing for my safety! Front desk clerk doesn’t want to listen to you in any capacity even if you are talking to them calmly to explain the issue when she wants to catch an attitude and threaten you with the police. As a traveler this is not what you want to pay for let alone the cable was out every single day in our room. Had to beg for towels as they do not get changed out daily. The room was dirty you have to clean it before you enjoy it, after the smell of mold and mildew. In room 114 the bed dips terribly on the side closest to the door we were given 3 broken down pillows. There was homeless/drug addicts around the property making deals with the managers for their stay. If you complain you get yelled at like it’s your fault the property is not up to par, the lady told us that we did this intentionally to her we waited till her boss left for the day to have an issue. She moved us to room 112 I walked in barefoot worse mistake of my life the carpet piece by the door was soaked the room stunk worse then the one we were even in.

Liked: My daughter loved the pool, as did I. The price is good for the location and having pool.
Disliked: The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The water from shower didn't have a wide spray radius, when you're under the water it's seems like you barely get wet.
