Disliked: The staff was very rude and nasty, room weren’t cleaned well, linens were dirty and need to be replaced

Disliked: The sheets and towels were stained. The bathroom curtain and room had mold.

Liked: Good, conveniently located right off the interstate. Accompanied by a lot of restaurant choices.
Disliked: There was a leftover wash rag left hanging in our shower? Your guess if the shower was ever cleaned is as good as my guess?? Telephone was crusty filthy. My husband had brand new socks on and one trip across the floor and they were disgusting. We were out of water for 4 hours the first night. This motel had quite a few extended stay families - many with multiple cats and dogs. It’s my understanding that this location is under new management. The manager was there and always on the go checking on repairs and upkeep.

Disliked: Needs a lot of work. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, smell was awful, shelf was falling off in shower, air conditioning unit made a horrible sound, loud music all night, smell of pee everywhere outside, paint peeling everywhere, shower didn’t always have pressure, mold in bath tub and shower curtain.

Liked: Location , staff were friendly
Disliked: Our room was dirty upon arrival , it looked as our room had not been deeply cleaned; there was still hairs all over the bathroom floor , sheets were quite stained up and there was trash where the toilet paper rack is hung , we also had no towels , no toilet paper , no blankets. Bed were also very small .
