Disliked: I requested a room with 2 beds and the room I was given had only one bed

Disliked: Room floor was popped up had to stay with that plus if you have booking for 5 days daily room services isn’t provided even if you are disable

A nightmare

Disliked: Covers on bed were soiled and had burns on bed spread. Roaches in bathroom and on table. They didn't honor my booking rate. Telling me it's not valid even when I showed them my confirmation.

Liked: Good location, easy check in and check out
Disliked: Gave us a really dirty room with marks all over the floors, walls and unclean toilet seat, broken outlet that I got electrocuted on, and sunken in floor. Ended up getting a different room which was slightly better.
