Disappointing

Liked: Thats there someone in office all night.
Disliked: I had bugs crawling in my bathroom unfortnately there were no rooms available to switch awake all night so they would not crawl on me.

DEPLORABLE

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: A guest of mine was injured at the hotel and the staff had little to no concern about the incident and I was told to speak to the manager at 3 pm to inform him of the situation but he identified himself as the hotel manager and I informed him of the situation with my guest he terminated the call and won't no longer answer my calls

Bad

Disliked: They charge my father in law twice for the hotel room last we found out about that

Disliked: Beds are terrible and too much noise. They also charged me more that the website told me

Comfy, and I was well...

Liked: I didn't have their food so I can't review their room service. staff is friendly, and attentive. I noticed they try hard to accommodate you and help you feel comfy.
Disliked: Disappointed that microwaves are not offered. Other hotels offer it with a extra 5 dollars to the bill. Might be something to consider. It's difficult to warm foods especially when you have children. However there is a gas station across street who kindly let us use the microwave a few times.
