Never use if a reservation...

Liked: Nothing, because I didn’t stay there. I prepaid my reservation and when I got there they said it was not paid yet. I was in Victoria for a wedding, had to change my clothes in a gas station, it was humiliating. And tell me why, they still charged my debit card FOR A ROOM I DIDN’T STAY IN!
