It was a great stay....

Liked: The staff was friendly and eager to help. I like being able to have my dogs. And the pricing was great
Disliked: The key cards had to continually be reset. The bed mattress kept sliding around. It should have been secured better.

Disappointing

Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned properly food and crumbs on the floor. Drugs is a problem in this hotel. Was pulled over by sheriffs demanding key card etc. when we were barely pulling up to check in. Loud music playing throughout the night.

Liked: The manager was very helpful and super understandable..shame he wasn't there the night I stayed at the hotel and his staff was awful.
Disliked: We got at the location around 11pm. The first thing I didn't like they asked for an ID for every adult staying, which still was okay. I booked 2 rooms we were 2 couples with kids. When we got to the rooms, one of them was stinking to smoke. we called the desk and asked to be switched to another room because one of the kids was asthmatic. The first thing they said was they couldn't give us another room if this one was used,we barley got there maybe 11 mins in the room and they refused to give us another room ,plus the lady who checked the room took the key and didn't give it back. By that time, the father of the kid was very upset they just left. Another thing they said was that the place was sold out, but I looked online and they had plenty of rooms. What I said earlier about the manager was because 5 days later I could finally talk to him. He gave me the refund for the room and apologized for his staff behavior, saying it was unacceptable. So staff service awful. Kudos to Management !
