Disliked: That it has no dog play area and no swimming pool or Jacuzzi

Good budget option in Ventura

Liked: The rooms were clean and the location was central.
Disliked: For the price, it was fine

Liked: Closeness to the beach
Disliked: Right as we walked in, it smelled like a dirty wet towel. The air conditioner was leaking indoors. There was black mold on the inside bottom all across the front door. The room smelled musty. When we turned the air conditioner on, it smelled like a dirty wet towel.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location, right near the 101 freeway and local to all the spots in Ventura that I visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms have been clean and well taken care of and I've always had a place to park near my room. I've stayed at this location may times over the years and will continue to do so.

Passable

Sufficient

Disliked: The street out front was noisy. The light coming under the curtain was bright. I hadn’t checked the location. It was adequate and clean.
