Motel 6-Ventura CA - Downtown

Exceptional

Liked: A very nice Budget hotel, clean, and comfortable, a very nice, kind staff, walking distance to downtown Ventura, bus stop right in front. Close to the ocean, beautiful Pier, a lot of good places to eat. In general, a very laid back atmosphere. I like to write, so the world's unexpected, is what I think of as a learning experience. Anyway, I like laid back, A Bohemian experience.

Liked: Location. And it was a great value for what I needed a room .
Disliked: The bedding. Mattress moved a lot. But bed was comfortable

Liked: Everything was in walking distance. Like Downtown, The beach and more. And our Destination was only a few minutes away.

Fair

Liked: Convenience location, park, stores and main downtown nearby, man at counter was kind and quick.
Disliked: No hand towels, shampoo, conditioner or lotion like all the other Motel 6 locations do have.

Convenient motel in central Ventura

Liked: Central location, fine rooms, close to beach and freeway.

Superb

Liked: For me, since I don't drive, plus, I'm older, walking distance, plus bus stop right at the front. Good casual restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the ocean, and Pier, if one wants to fish, surfing. The staff are very nice, very clean, and comfortable. Good Budget. Casual.

Liked: Good place for one night stay. Our daughter ran Ojai to Ventura marathon. Our room was clean. Not too noisy. Hotel next to freeway but we used ac unit to muffle noise.
