Newly remodeled rooms, clean and...

Liked: Great location close to freeway and next to McDonalds, and the room recently remodeled. My friend who dropped me off was really impressed - but nicer than you would expect. The beds were comfy. I brought my own pillow, so that helped (pillows not super great).

Liked: Location by beach. It’s home for us Ventura so it feels like being home. The weather is amazing check and checkout times are good. The property is clean.
Disliked: Needs fenced dog play area. Ponies to be warm, possibly a Jacuzzi. I know that’s risky and the showers are terrible. Need some towels two people need at least four towels night/morning. Microwaves in the rooms would be nice and more industrial sink at the dressing area. A lot of your customers stay there because they work in the area kitchen/bathroom..

The room smelled like cigarettes...

Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes. The area was dangerous. There were no extra blankets. The staff member who checked me in announced to a lobby of men that I, a woman, was traveling alone. No regard for safety.
