Disliked: They're rude and sensitive I was told to leave the property for raising my voice then the got told me he has power over me since I'm on his property. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. Only God had power over me. That place won't be up long..... just horrible trap hotel. The bed had a dip in the middle a bit walked in my room thinking it was vacant or was horrible

Disliked: The room smelled sooooo bad for it to be no smoking it was horrible the tub was extremely dirty the wash cloths were dirty I had to take melatonin to sleep

Liked: There was drug addicts acting belligerent-walking around with their clothing falling off, asking people for rides with a hammer in their hand.Staff was rude.Room was filthy.It says you can bring your dogs but after 10 days of renting rooms-staff tried to extort me using a newly taped on pet policy on the front desk glass window-demanding money for ea additional dog.The outside is nice but it’s infested with bacterial diseases-I lost 5 3.5 month old puppies and from the very first pup dying and getting medical paperwork- I requested to have my room moved and stated that I would clean the room so no one else has to go through the hardship of an ill puppy or dog(these are animals I gave life to and were literally staying in the hotel in order to sell the puppies to 2 local families. We were waiting for the remaining balance before we released the dogs.Instead I was told they need to be taken out and brought somewhere else; one after another for 5 days straight my newborn puppies died.$10,000.00, purebred, 10x grand champion bloodlines-all dead and I had to return them their money.Your manager told me I was beat like I didn’t just lose between $20-35,000.00.Something needs to give I’m ready to open a civil suit against your entity location.
Disliked: Anything at all.Room was disgusting, bugs crawling out from the walls at night, rude staff,my room was not cleaned or brought new linens the entire stay

Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest cigarette butts under the bed, bugs in the bathroom.Wasn’t what I was expecting.Looks clean outside…
