Disappointing

Discrimination against someone with Disabilities

Liked: The was and service was nice
Disliked: When I'm booked my reservation is called to the front desk to explain that I was in a wheelchair. Monty told me that was mine. Later after I travel there with Marta Mobility. So I had no choice but to stay there. I feel the desk person is there everyday so they were aware that my wheelchair was unable to drive inside. The three men had to lift my chair in the room. Monty told me to call the front desk in the morning. So I did when I did the guy at the front desk told me that management could not accommodate me. So I'm all him why and I was told he didn't know. They also put a small plank that was smaller than the door for the next morning no one was there to assist me coming out. The plank began to be small so I had to jump off the wheelchair so I wouldn't fall for the Marta bus driver came to help

Very good

No frills for sure but...

Liked: The front desk man was awesome. As a single traveler I was a little on edge about being alone but he made me feel safe and gave me a room real close to the office.
Disliked: No lotion or shampoo or coffee pot in the room. No breakfast but coffee in the office was good. The bed AND the pillows were soft and very comfortable.

Good to have a roof...

Liked: Towels were very soft
Disliked: Alarm kept beeping with low battery and we touched the walls to check it and they were gross, disgusting. Bed not that comfortable and itching, with stains. Not sure the price is worth it.
