Liked: Clean rooms ,friendly manager
Disliked: First night was given room without microwave or refrigerator ,Which was NOT what I reserved .But manager made it right the next day ...she was very nice and helpful

Not intirely happy with room...

Disliked: Booking with Booking.com.au stated a microwave and fridge would be included in the room but these weren’t provided. When asked about these the lady at desk stated it was not in the booking. When I showed her my booking information she again stated it’s not provide with the booking.

Liked: Location was good and the rooms were clean
Disliked: Our room didn’t have a fridge or a microwave. It was stated that there were maid services daily but nobody came by the second day.

Good value, convenient, but the...

Liked: Clean simple rooms, convenient location with lots of eating options and not too far from the park and gorge.
Disliked: The person in the room next to us had a "party" that continued from 6pm or so until at least 1am. The connecting door meant we could hear everything. Finally, after being unable to sleep for hours, the staff moved us to another room. Not the hotels fault, but really not a good experience either. When we moved rooms at 1am we found a group of young men cooking in the carpark next to where we parked our motorbikes. They didn't do any damage, but left a lot of rubbish behind. Again, not the hotels fault, but not great all the same.
