Superb

A nice room to stay...

Liked: The location was right off route 81 but you couldn’t hear the road noise. Pet friendly with no pet fees
Disliked: The hvac was a bit noisy

Disliked: I got locked in motel bathroom and still haven't a refund . I went to take shower shut door ,noticed it was tight fit but am a woman traveling alone wanted shut lock door while taking shower I was in there for over a hour . I was late for work. I have anxiety so I completely panicked it was very bad. Then they tried say it was locked I tried everything in world to get out of course I tried twisting lock button before panicking . I just want my mny back ,I'm a nurse they already had charged me for comeing in before 3 there's lots ppl that need room before 3 o'clock but you don't not give a refund when your customer is locked in bathroom and u have call matinee to get her out and they didn't even have them there.

Overall it was bad. Room...

Liked: The front staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Our room was disgusting. It looked like it wasn’t clean at all. There were burn holes in the blankets. If we weren’t so exhausted from traveling I would have left. There was also people who live at the hotel asking for money, we did not feel safe.
