Liked: Woman that checked me in was just so pleasant. I inadvertently left the dome light on in my car and security came and found me so I didn't have a dead battery the next morning! Wow!
Disliked: Would have appreciated a coffee maker. Was surprised their were NO toiletries.

Liked: Staff and management went above and beyond the standard customer service meeting and exceeding all expectations I have a service dog that was treated especially well. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a safe peaceful haven.

Liked: The bathroom was alright
Disliked: Everything else. No customer service, room was filthy, cigarette butts and dirt all over floor, lock was broken on door, and AC was broken, I couldn't even sleep in the room.

Liked: Staff was friendly. No block was put on my credit card. Beds and bedding were fine.
Disliked: Rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. There seemed to be residents of the facility, rough looking people walking around made us uncomfortable.
