Motel 6-Tinton Falls NJ

We checked into the "hotel" and the man behind the window was kind of rude. I didn't see something I needed to sign and he shoved the paperwork back at me. We got to our room and small is an understatement of how little this room was. It was enough for a king size bed and a small bathroom. The bed itself was nice; the only downside is that it still had the plastic on the mattress. The bathroom was a sink, toilet and a stand-up shower. It took over 10 minutes to get hot water through the sink. We had towels that were dirty and stained to use. We were booked for two nights. So we were gone all day and didn't get back until late. We returned to see that the bed was not remade and the towels looked like they were just folded back up and hung up again. I was also under the impression there was free wifi which was not the case. Very, very, very disappointed with this place and will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Disliked: Not a great location, employee was standoff ish, rooms were small and dirty, we found several old used condoms under the bed, there were cob webs everywhere, and the place smelled funky.

Go somewhere else it’s dirty...

Liked: This hotel needs to be shut down the stairs are loose and dangerous it’s very rusted and everything is dusty and dirty and old and very dirty . The fact it’s over 200$ plus per night is horrible with all the money they charge they should remodel. It’s very old and damaged.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the bathroom ceiling is damaged and the bathroom walls are dirty toilet is stained and nasty there was a lamp that was old in the bathroom because the wall light is broken . Unacceptable for 200$ plus per night this place looks like a homeless shelter .

Overall a good stay and...

Liked: It was pretty good stay. Clean for a motel, air conditioner worked very well, and the mini fridge was awesome. Used the ice machine multiple times and was a great location. Felt safe.
Disliked: The bed was slightly uncomfy. The walls in bathroom were chipped and the paint job was bad but that doesnt affect how the room functioned, it was just cosmetically unattractive.

Disliked: I was bitten by a bedbug bug and have yet fir tou guys to refund my money
