Liked: Friendly and easy check-in, convenient location, good parking, clean room, price.
Disliked: Must use stairs to access the second floor. Not a big deal but a little tough with a heavy suitcase.

Liked: Motel Six. Excellent bare bones, clean and just what was needed for an inexpensive, in-out with vehicle.

Disliked: Extremely low water, pressure in showers and sheets were dirty in the rooms

It's fine if you need...

Liked: Location was exactly what I was looking for. Stayed in the ADA room and it was nice to have the wider entrance way/roll in shower, for the mobility hindered person I was with, but I'm not sure someone in a wheelchair would have been OK. Also easy to get in and out of, as the door opens straight into the parking lot. The room doesn't have any amenities (microwave, coffee pot, fridge, etc.), but they reached out in advance to make sure I knew that so I was prepared.
Disliked: They don't offer during stay housekeeping, which was fine, except we ran out of some toiletries. Room wasn't dirty, but it also wasn't exactly clean. There were pink stains on the bathroom walls, a couple of holes in the blankets, and the corners of the rooms were dirty, like it hadn't been swept completely.

Well it worked

Disliked: No mini fridge for a week stay also no microwave. People constantly smoking next to office room smelt like cigarettes badly.
