Disliked: The front desk didn’t even inform me which building my room was in. I had to ask him, so I suppose he assumed I knew the place.

Disliked: The front desk didn’t even inform me which building my room was in. I had to ask him, so I suppose he assumed I knew the place. Also, if you want to hear every door that opens near you, then don’t even bother staying there. There’s a lot of noise, people opening doors at 1 am and 2 am in the morning.

Comfortable affordable convenient clean quiet...

Liked: Good to have access to laundry. Connor is an awesome employee and deserves a bonus. He’s friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.
Disliked: Toilet made a high pitched noise every time you flushed which was not great.

Exceptional

Liked: This visit was great. Room clean stocked. I love that they come in to clean the room daily. I didn’t need it , but grateful that service was available! This stay I got a refurbished room. I’ve visited here before and the room was clean but smelled of stale smoke, that needed updating. I have confidence they will update all of them.

Liked: It was quiet, location was good and the staff was pleasant
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room was warm, the shower pressure was almost non-existent. The ice machine was broken (or needed to be reset according to the staff--but they did nothing about resetting it).
