Liked: The price was the only thing to like
Disliked: Our room was dirty , straws , bottle caps and dirty floors. The seams between the floors were coming apart and the shower just barely worked. It's right next to a freeway with not very good sound dampening.. Meth heads in the parking lot , just not a well maintained facility.

Liked: The price is reasonable, but the room has a strong smell that doesn’t go away, even when we leave the door open to air it out. We also had issues with the front desk — I accidentally left my game there and they took a long time to return it, making things more complicated than they needed to be. On top of that, there are constantly strange people walking around the hotel, which makes it feel unsafe. The location is good, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Also, Booking.com should show more respect for people who make reservations. My friend booked a room, and when he arrived, the reservation simply didn’t exist. That’s unacceptable.
Disliked: I also didn’t appreciate the way I was treated over the phone when I called about a valuable item I had forgotten in the room. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Quite, comfortable, a pool, and...

Liked: The staff were very accommodating, professional, and attentive! The pool being open was a nice surprise and the view of Denver was not bad!
Disliked: I would have liked to have had a coffee pot in my room and the laundry room was closed for repairs!

I wouldn't stay there again

Liked: The price was reasonable. First floor room. Swimming pool was open and looked clean.
Disliked: The clerk could not find my reservation upon arrival. Had to pay again for another room. The room I got needed repair. Paint chips on the floor. Metal sticking up from entryway floor. Not good

Liked: When we got there they deleted our reservation so we had no room when we got there and the night lady was the rudest person and very argumentative and on drugs. She would not call her manger when we requested and threatened to call the cops because we insisted she call the manger. No manager was called but she did manage to call me names, so we left and found a room somewhere else
Disliked: Staff is terrible should not be listed on booking.com as pay at arrival if manger just removes someone’s confirmed reservations
