Disliked: House cleaning came at 1100 am to pickup dirty linen (wash cloths)., returned at 230pm when i tried to take a nap to return clean washcloths. (They have not enough wash cloths to replenish used). When they woke me in the afternoon to return my washcloths, they wouldn't take "GO AWAY" for an answer , she continued to knock on my door till I answered the door. (im a left below knee amputee, it takes a few minutes to put my leg on.) When I did answer the door she was down the hall. THEY HAVE NO, NONE, ZILCH, "DO NOT DISTRIB" PLACKARDS TO HANG ON THEIR DOORS. Furthermore, at approx. 10pm, they informed me, I needed to inform them if i didn't want room service. Look ; it's not that I didn't want room service, I wanted to take a nap. Why do the have to have room service twice a day? My door was knocked on several times during my stay, arguments in the hallway all night long. I think drugs are being sold there. There were 10 folks loitering outside at 900 pm. I did not feel safe, as a matter of fact was scared.

Disliked: Rude staffThe Motel was horrible nasty people outside smoking weed. the toilet was broken there were roches in the room and we seen a mouse in the room. There were not any toiletries in the room there was only one towel and wash rag in the room . Will not stay there again

Liked: Absolutely nothing you have ppl sitting in chairs outside at the main entrance smoking cigarettes playing music people in the parking lot smoking glass pipes with no care in the world that ppl have kids with them
Disliked: That I was not even in my room and the phone was ringing that I had to many ppl with my kids being with me you literally run a dope motel my kids was not sleeping in a different room from me

Liked: Neat, clean, fairly quiet, close to great restaurants and shops. Wonderful older gentleman at the desk was so nice and helpful
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The overnight staff,swimming pool, and location
Disliked: Pillows, bed bugs, no fridge,and no microwave

Liked: Easy to get to everything I had planned
Disliked: Bathroom needs a new shower head
