Liked: The people in the office were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet had no cover; there was no shampoo/conditioner; TV was very old; one speaker was broken.

Very disappointed

Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: No microwave, no small fridge no hair dryer, one tiny bar of soap. No shampoo nothing!!! Room smelled. Will never come back....
