Decent for what I needed.

Liked: The location fits my needs. I have family in Sutherlin, plus there are places to eat nearby. The room seemed clean. TV worked.
Disliked: This location offers none of the items previously available there, when it was under different ownership, no breakfast, rooms are not cleaned, straightened each day. I was on the side that gets heavy freeway noise, so opening the window is not an option. {The opposite side of the building is better protected from freeway noises.)

Passable

Liked: That all rooms and the property wad "no smoking," they had an area fenced where I could let my dog off leash to go to the bathroom or run around. The doors are inside to the rooms and had to have a card to access the building through side doors or use the main entrance.
Disliked: The rooms have no sound barrier and you are able to hear the room next to you even when they are whispering.

Disliked: the room was so gross, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. we slept and left.

Liked: Staff were friendly, over all it was a great place to stay and I have already booked my next stay there.
Disliked: The lack of a small fridge and microwave, was the reason the the lower ratings.
