Liked: My family and I were displaced and Motel 6 was our temporary home for 45 days. They even treated are dog good.The staff were friendly. Housekeeping was great! Front desk person was really kind and helpful. I think her name was Chantel. Chantel made us feel comfortable because we really felt out of place. My kids talk about her to this Day. I hope nothing but blessings come her way! It was really a rough time for us but we made it through and now have a home of our own. Thank you to Housekeeping for working so hard. Peace and blessing. We will never forget Chantel. You really made the process easy just by being so kind. God Bless you all!!!!

Liked: not much is was one of the worst stays I have had in awhile
Disliked: People standing around smoking weed in the hall ways and in there room with the doors open.The whole floor stunk like weed including my room which was supposed to be a non smoking room.Grown people yelling and arguing in the hall ways for hours.There were Mexican and I couldnt even understand them....Mattresses were so old and smashed down it was laying on the floor.Got no sleep at all.....SHEEEZ

Liked: I won’t be back. More dogs live at this facility than humans. The 2nd floor hallway smaller like dog poop. The room appeared neat but it was dusty and needed wiped down. Bedding was clean. Frig was clean. Towels were clean. Dogs barked or jumped around in room next to me all night. Didn’t feel safe.

Disliked: Hallway and elevator smelled. The room next door had dogs that barked constantly even at night.

Liked: The Staff were great. The room was the complete opposite. I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms, and this is BY FAR the MOST disgusting room I've ever stayed in. There were feces stains on the bathroom wall, a dried urine spot on the toilet before my fiancé or I had even used it. There were medium length black hairs in the shower, and neither of us has anywhere close to black hair at that length. The wifi is the most terrible I've ever had in a hotel. We stayed in room 225, and the person upstairs sounded like they were running a marathon until 4 in the morning. The cable basically doesn't work. It advertises a pool, but they're literally in the process of cementing over it. Like I said, WORST hotel I've EVER stayed at. Won't be back again. Spend the extra $50, and stay somewhere else in Streetsboro, you would thank yourself if you knew the alternative...

Liked: The bed area of the room was nice and the heat and air, etc. worked as it should.
Disliked: The bathroom looked clean, but the floor emanated the smell of human urine. It had not been sanitized properly.Also, a patron had locked and left his large dog in a room. The poor thing cried and howled all night and when we asked for help the man at the front desk understood very little English. When we and other patrons at the desk were finally able to get the clerk to understand, we were told the manager was out of town and that the dog had been like this for weeks. He said he thought the dog was aggressive and was afraid to do anything. We contacted the local animal officer and left the the hotel at 5 a.m. and would like a refund.
