Great peaceful and quiet
Liked: They are so friendly and the rooms are clean my refer did not work and they brought me a new one right away.
Disliked: Nothing all was so wonderful.

Uncomfortable, disappointing, nasty
Disliked: They filled the swimming pool with all the trash from renovations. It was disgusting! A/c didn’t work in the room, shower head was barely screwed into the wall, bugs in the bathroom. I packed my kids back up at 11:00 pm and went home.

Disliked: The restroom in the room was kind of dirty and the pool was being worked on so we couldn't use it

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room clean.
Disliked: Facility is older. Refrigerator very noicey and did not have hot water

Staff was extremely nice, welcoming....
Liked: The best things were the beds were comfortable, our dog was welcomed with no issues.
Disliked: We had absolutely no room service throughout our entire stay. No trash was taken out, we received no clean towels. Absolutely no reason for that.
