Disliked: There were no electrical outlets near the bed to plug in my medically needed CPAP machine, had to purchase an extension cord.

What I expected from motel...

Liked: No breakfast. I was able to get a first floor room. Facilities were okay, and I am familiar with motel 6 so I choose them because they are pet friendly not for any other reason.
Disliked: To have been able to talk to a person about my needs. Your site was quite specific that the best price was dealing with a computer. No customer service.
