A pleasant stay

Liked: The hotel staff was dealing with hot water heater going out in part of the hotel from earlier in the day even though he just came on shift. He was also dealing with a guest who was unhappy with the lack of hot water and wanted her money. The hotel staff handle the situation with decorum and professionalism by giving the lady another room and letting the manager know of the complaint. In addition, he let me verify that there is hot water in the room assign to me before paying. With the lower cost of hotel price compared to other hotel and the lower review score, I was concerned that my stay won't be pleasant. Quite the opposite in fact. My stay was pleasant and quite. My family room was above the office. The noise outside in the parking lot and in hallway was normal level noise. The beds were comfortable and the shower clean.
Disliked: My one complaint would be to add 2 more pillows to each beds. :)

Liked: Everything was fine. Did have noisy neighbors and dogs barking but having a dog we can’t complain
