Liked: The morning staff was so nice. I called down for a few needs (extra towels and a hairdryer), and she was so pleasant to speak with. She apologized for not having a hairdryer in the room, and we talked about the gorgeous weather and why I was in town. She was so lovely. I feel bad, not remembering her name to give true kudos , but was working the front desk (7/26).
Disliked: Some comfort items really need to be updated, like towels and pillows. The towels were small and scratchy as all hell. The pillows were flat. Also, there are no hairdryers in the room.
