I felt ripped off when...

Liked: The room was somewhat clean.
Disliked: The manager found poop I didn't see. She said it was from my dog. My dogs don't generally poop in the house. She kept my $200 cash deposit. The entire deposit!!!!!! I told her that was all the cash I had. I would go up and clean the poop up even though I didn't think it was from my dogs She refused. Told me she was keeping my entire deposit. When I continued to ask her not to keep it to let me make it right she threatened to call the police on me. I will never stay there again. I have never had an issue with Motel 6 at all. This one will always be the last place I would stay. EVER.

Liked: Nothing on my second booking here. Rude staff. Inconsiderate to my disability.
Disliked: The receptionist was extremely rude. Property was unable/would not accommodate disabled space as requested on booking app.

Scammed out of security deposit

Liked: The towels were dirty. The young lady said we stained them and took half our security deposit. We only wiped spilled juice, the towels were not stained by us. Dirty from usage but nothing a wash couldn't take care of. $50 to use a towel ia ridiculous.
