Very good price, good location,...

Liked: Close proximity to Rio Hondo College.
Disliked: Room was not very clean and there was actually a Live 12 gauge shotgun shell in the cupboard!

Life's a risk

Liked: Lots of open parking, next to 2 gas stations and a freeway , friendly staff
Disliked: Lots of baby cockroaches everywhere, no toilet paper. Remote for TV didn't workDirty walkway
