My favorite place to stay...

Liked: The air conditioning works great, the rooms are always clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love staying here, the price is affordable and I am always satisfied with my room.
Disliked: Only complaint is the bugs outside lol not the hotels fault and nothing much they can do but there was a lot of those spotted lantern fly nymphs all over the balcony and the gate on the side of the building...I assume from the tree but there are never any bugs in the rooms. So no complaints regarding the actual hotel.

Disliked: The hot water could be a lot warmer at 100%, it was barely acceptable. Had a refrigerator but they could spring for a $29 microwave they do have one in the lobby

Best place for quiet relaxation

Liked: It's clean, comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Only thing I don't like is no coffee pot or microwave in the room...they do have a microwave in the lobby though so that's ok.

Best motel

Liked: It was clean, very quiet and peaceful, affordable, and the woman at the desk was very helpful and nice. They keep their rooms in perfect condition.
Disliked: The remote for the TV didn't work for the apps but it worked to change channels and volume.

An Honest Review from a...

Liked: I like how quiet and clean it was. Nice sized TV and clean bathroom. It's located in a nice neighborhood
Disliked: The hotel is heavily understaffed. When I first arrived I was barely greeted by what seemed to be someone's highschool daughter who seemed like she didn't know the first thing about running a hotel. The security was non existent and I was given a room with a lock that didn't work. Upon pointing this out, the frail teenager in charge reluctantly and hesitantly investigated and fortunately issued me another room. My overall impression of the place was not the best in terms of being greeted & welcomed and upon my checkout, there was no one to be found at 10:30 in the morning to answer any of my questions. It just seems all too unprofessional. Honestly for the price and for the sake of this review, it was a deal but honestly in that town I have paid not much more for greater more welcoming accommodations. C-Minus in my book
