Horrible pet friendly hotel basically...

Liked: The only think good was the hope of mission saving my 3 month puppy's life with the emergency vet appointment n helping me nurse her back to health
Disliked: They did not inform me they had animals on the property that were fighting parvorillo disease and I had to find out from another client staying there and 2 days later my dog caught parvarillo disease I talked to the manager and she was rude unprofessional and even ignored me n stopped our conversation to help another customer and then said I couldn't stay in the room I was in n had to check out n come back at 3 when another room IA available because they booked my room to someone else online n I already explained to her my dog was dying thankfully the hope of mission people helped me get an emergency vet appointment and my beautiful 3 month pitbull is back healthy n stronger n happier then ever n I explained to the manager I had to take my dog to the vet due to her vomiting n bloody diarrhea and the vet informed me that they told the hotel to bleach the property n gave them instructions on how to prevent it from happening again and they did not follow procedures I later found out there were 5 other dogs tht caught it n passed away then when I talked to the manager she said something rude tht rubbed me wrong n I told her she was a horrible person n did not have a heart n she just smiled at me and said thank u I felt so horribly disrespected I told her it wasn't compliment and that god doesn't like ugly and will curse her due to her basically signing off on our pets lives n sending them to their death this woman was so unprofessional and rude I personally think she needs to lose her job
