Disliked: My reservation was booked on a corporate card for an employee. They wouldn't let my employee in his room because the booking was not in his name

Liked: Charged to park our car there. No shampoo, no coffee, only 2 towel sets, when there was 4 people.

Liked: Was awful, the hotel cancel my reservation , don’t answer email , my fly was delayed, is possible pay in the property, was never happen @ 3:00 , the hotel cancel my reservation without communication, I was over there @8:00 am and don’t have room , the girl in the front desk don’t try to help me, was expensive room for nothing , the manager never come or answer my text !
