Great stay and great value

Liked: It was better than expected. Considering the price and some of the reviews we were hesitant to stay here but were quickly eased within our first few moments with front desk, Taylor. She was very kind and informative. The room was very comfortable and clean. Yes there is some room for small updates but overall it was a very pleasant stay! Would come back!

Disliked: A very terrible reservation system which diverts people to book online - and this requires booking through a third-party, even when you request to pay at the location, i.e. if you’re not 100% sure you might the space. Policy of the motel, is that for any same day reservations there’s no cancellation due to the 3rd party. However, if you contact your bank the money is actually routed directly to the motel. If you call the motel to dispute, they say it is their policy because of the third-party. If you call the third-party, they say it is the discretion of the motel. Since the motel staff encourage you to go and book online, through the third-party, they make sure they are guaranteed a charge even when the service is not rendered. Fraudulent, deceitful, bad business.
