happy w/ staff

Liked: happy---staff was friendly---great coffee
Disliked: our room 150 needs to have ceiling patched properly, also new rubber base in bathroom---tub drain ring replaced--the room was clean---but what would call bld'g maintenance was not well kept---it dosen't take much more effort to do things right ---people notice these things
