Liked: We had to get a refund. Mold in the room. Cigarette smoke in the room. Very dirty it was just disgusting

Liked: It was convenient to book and the location was close to what we needed.
Disliked: There was only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The washing machine out of order.

Moldy and dirty

Disliked: The room was very dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and sink and caused daughter breathing issues. The walls were very dirty with marks on them. The bathroom walls and shower had stains running down them and the towels and washcloths looked dirty from stains. We didn’t stay any longer than we had to. We would not stay again.
