Disliked: The hotel doesnt have No parking didn't end up staying didnt feel safe leaving car far away since there was no parking at all close to the hotel.

Liked: Nothing it was absolutely horrible and so was the front desk person
Disliked: Everything, the front desk person told me to go because I said I felt unsafe which is so true , it’s a awful part of town the pictures are not what they have on here at all , the place is so run down and sketchy. You walk in and no one was at the desk there is no place to sit and there is plexiglass with a hole in it to talk to the front desk person who was extremely rude . He didn’t even give me a choice to stay after I said I felt unsafe he handed me a paper said refunded which it is not , also booking.com did try to get ahold of them but they would not answer them at all , also the front desk person told me don’t give a bad review? Like was that a threat ?

Facility is very moderate but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the cruise ship location. A good place to sleep a day before our cruise and reasonably priced. Recommending.
Disliked: Old building.

Short Pleasant Stay in SAN...

Liked: The location was great, close to the Cruise ship terminal and the main town. The man at the front desk was very helpful and carried my suitcase upstairs. The motel is located on a very quiet street.
Disliked: The door to my bathroom was warped along with a dirty window sill.A door had been punched into the door by a previous guest.
