Liked: Room and bathroom appeared to be clean.
Disliked: We arrived at night. There were dogs barking in the neighborhood and people appeared to be loitering outside the entrance and in the street. The clerk was friendly but looked like he was homeless…dirty hair and disheveled clothing. There is no lobby, just a long hallway. It smelled like urine in this hallway. The check-in window is located in this hallway. The carpet looked filthy. We think crackheads may live on the first floor because one peeked his head out of his room, and he was not wearing any pants. We were relieved to make it safely up the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor. The room is tiny as are the bathroom sink and shower, but they appeared to be clean. It was also quiet, we could not hear the noise from outside. But I definitely would not stay here again because walking down that hallway was pretty traumatizing.

Liked: The manager Madu was exceptionally helpful, curteous and thorough, making Sure, all my personal details, were taken care of
Disliked: Street Parking always jammed

Cheap for the location

Liked: The location near the pier was great
Disliked: As soon as I walked into my room for the first time and flipped the light on, 4 roaches scattered under the desk and into the wall at a gap in the floor moulding. Parking was a mess. Street only if you can find it. Had to park 4 streets away and walk.

Best experience that I could...

Liked: It was a easy process that I went through from the point of checking in to checking out. The staff was amazing. I locked myself out my room and your staff easily fix the problem in timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll stay there again and also recommend friends and families.
Disliked: I have no complaints.
