The room was in terrible...

Disliked: The room was in terrible condition. It was very dirty, with stains on the bed. The mattress was yellow-brown, and the sheet was torn and full of holes. There were clumps of dust on the floor, a scratched-up table, and a thin blanket instead of a proper duvet. The bedding set was gray with stains and holes — it used to be white. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, with only one per person. The room had a disgusting chemical smell. The armchair was dirty and stained. The TV didn’t work. The shower was broken, spraying water upwards and flooding the floor. There were very few towels. Only one small bar of soap was provided, which had to be carried back and forth between the sink and the shower. It was also extremely noisy at night because of the traffic.

Disliked: Had to pay additional fee to park and a deposit due to being from out of town that was not mentioned until arrival

Disliked: The hairdryer hanging on the wall didn't work, we were told it wasn't included in the price of the room. We have cushions as thin as shower towels, there was a big hole in the mattress and worst of all, we saw a cockroach in our room.

Liked: Nothing absolutely nothing. It was dirty and just gross. The sheets and towels were stained the box springs looked years old there was black mold in the bathroom. Holes in the walls. And they said no fridge or microwave...there's one in there! It's just unplugged so you are not aloud to use them. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!
