The office staff was very...

Liked: It was easy to get back and forth from UCSF, where our adult child was having hart surgery.
Disliked: It is run down, we stayed in the same room for two different trips. And just felt it could use some serious maintenance.

Found roaches! Windows were off...

Liked: Location was cool.
Disliked: Roaches! Windows. No tvs. Bathroom.

Liked: Basically, only the staff was okay.
Disliked: The condition of the room and the equipment was absolutely unacceptable!1. The window did not close properly due to a damaged lock and was taped shut from the outside. This did not feel safe (as shown in the photo). 2. The desk chair was damaged and difficult to sit on while working. The height adjustment was also broken.3. The bathtub curtain rod was not secured and fell down together with the curtain.4. The floor lamp had a broken stand.5. The lamp on the bedside table had a damaged power cord and was flickering.6. During our 5-night stay, the room was not cleaned once and the towels were not changed!7. Slow, unstable Internet.I have stayed in many Motel 6 motels, and this was the worst.I definitely do not recommend it!

Disliked: Mattresses need to be replaced, shower needs some work as well.
