Getaway in San Francisco

Liked: This is far from the touristy area of San Francisco. It is very near the Pacific Ocean. I love the wild side of this area. It is one block from public transportation and a short walk to the new Dunes Park, the SF Zoo, and the lower end of Golden Gate Park. I appreciated the free parking. Our room was large with two bedrooms. The bathroom was ADA compliant, which made me feel safer. The office offered free coffee—a delightful getaway.
Disliked: No complaints

Great location, not the best...

Liked: It is directly next to the ocean, very cool. Also there are some restaurants around and a tram station close by. All great options to leave the car right there and head into the city without needing a car.
Disliked: There were hairs from other people all over the bathroom. The room itself was missing energy outlets and was very empty. It was missing a mirror as well.

Liked: everything worked ok. the room was spacious. there is a little step down from the bath to the room which is disconcerting. lots of parking which attracted me to this motel. lots of restaurants in the area. the sunset dunes park is across the street and the ggp is steps away. the room was clean but i found two roaches running across the floor when i turned the light on in the bath. the roaches should not scare anyone away from booking the hotel. the confirmation i received by email from booking.com said checkin is 3:00 pm but the desk person said check in is at 4pm. no problem though. the room was comfortable. there is public transportation next door. i'd come back if the same situation for me arises again.
Disliked: the roaches. the step down from the bath to the room.

Liked: Location, location, location was excellent.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient. We're deducting points from the facilities for that reason.

Disliked: We left a stuffed animal there and when we called they hung up and purposely didn’t answer as soon as we asked “if you found” they hung up.
