last one was a disaster...

Liked: everything was good except for booking.com
Disliked: I am still waiting gor the manager t answer the email processing my no charge refund. so far still lagging even though I paid on site for the booking Booking.com messed up.

Liked: The receptionist people where awesome, but the cleaning people where real unpolite.
Disliked: Room cleaners were real negative.
