Horrible hotel full of bed...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything rooms were dirty run down one of the rooms i got didn’t have the mini fridge and microwave and they had bedbugs my kids hot bit and they reduces to give me a refund we ended up leaving in the middle of the night with 6 kiddos to look for another hotel

Disliked: The room was dirty, had hair everywhere. stains on everything. there was spiders and gnats everywhere.

Staff didn't resolve reservation payment...

Disliked: Seemingly incompetent staff. One of the lights in the room didn't work. No shampoo.
