Liked: The staff was very kind and attentive

Great onsite staff and service....

Liked: The general manager and staff in general were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. The G.M. corrected a mistake made by Booking.com that could of cost me an extra night's expense. Also, I was given a room away from the main street traffic noise just as I had requested when booking the room on Booking.com. Yes, availability did help, motel wasn't busy at the time. I did have to contact the motel to have the room away from traffic. Booking.com did not relay that info well to the motel staff.
Disliked: Several weeks before arrival, on Boooking.com, I moved my arrival date at the motel by one week later. Booking.com sent an email confirming the new arrival date, a slight nightly rate increase, and that there were no penalties for the change. After that, Booking.com failed to, or very poorly communicated with the motel that my arrival date had changed. I was charged extra, one night's stay for the original arrival date that I had changed to a week later. The motel G.M. altered my stay to reflect one night less stay to offset the extra charge. Thanks a lot Booking.com This will be remembered if I ever am forced to use Bookin.com again to save needed money. I will have to initiate twice as much email confirmation from Booking.com to provide a much more specific guarantee there will be no penalties or surprise charges from the place I stay at due to Booking.com errors.

Liked: Room was clean but door was not locked good. I believe if I didn’t have the latch on someone would have came in with their key. They took off when they realized they were going to the wrong room. When I checked in they didn’t even give me a chance option if I wanted smoking or non smoking cuz room they gave me was smoking and it smelled so much like they washed it in cigarette smoke so my allergies kept me up all night. I thought they stopped all that having smoking rooms. There were ash trays in there. Just awful stay. No coffee pot. That sucked
Disliked: Location only thing. I stayed there till 5 am I checked out. It was just awful smell and felt unsafe

Liked: The staff was nice and the cleanliness of the rooms and everything in general
Disliked: The only bad thing about it but it’s not that big of a deal is the bed there a bit uncomfortable they just need to upgrade them to a bit more thicker mattress and it should be perfect
