Liked: There was no breakfast, only coffee.
Disliked: I expected more for what I paid for. The room had so many defects. For one the tv was small, the bed didn't have a comforter. Also there was only 2 bath towels in the restroom. Restroom had so many defects. The bed had ony three small pillows for a king size bed. The windows was taped with tape due to being broken.

Liked: Nothing. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were not clean. The bathtub was rusty.
Disliked: It was shady (unkempt people were walking around outside and I did not feel safe to stay there. I bought the key back to the desk clerk and requested my money back, but she said to call Booking.com for refund. Her name was Anna.

Disliked: Even the non smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray, the AC sound was so loud that you couldn’t sleep and the shower looks like somebody died in there

Disliked: This place should have been demolished long ago. Very dirty, TV was clearly ripped off the wall at some point, and I thought I might get murdered in the parking lot.

Liked: Location to the Frost Bank Center was great. Fast food close by.
Disliked: Mattress was old and thin. Only 2 towels. No fridge coffee pot. Only 1 chair for table. Roomed smell of smoke and was a non smoking room.

Disliked: It was dirty. I had to request more than one towel even though 2 people were booked for each room. The staff acted like I was asking for something unreasonable when I requested the extra 2 towels! The towels given were worn thin and stained and no wash cloths were available. The king size bed had two thin pillows and there were burn holes in the blanket/bedspread. One of our rooms had no microwave or mini-fridge even though the reservation said both were in the room. There was no drain cover in the tub - just a hole! There’s no place to charge electronics, no lamps, no bathroom vents.
