Traffic is loud, but staff...

Disliked: Air conditioner in room leaked into room. Told front desk they put towels around it. It's very close to the road and the traffic is very loud was woke up by tractor and trailers using Jake break passing by

Liked: Everything fine if you need pet friendly which I did need.
Disliked: There was an area under the sink, that had a Hole in the wall? Which cause one of my pets to slip in to hide, He got stuck in the wall area, it was 7 a.m. when I was preparing to leave early. I discovered he was hiding .. that's when I found the hole!!! I knew immediately he had to be in that wall. It was around 10 a.m. before I could leave, the Young man was great who helped get my Boy to Me.
