Poor

Liked: Staff was friendly and welcoming when we first arrived, no complaints about front office. The room and beds were fine.
Disliked: Ants in the bathroom, fan didn't work which presumably is why there is black mold all over the window, no hot water for the shower and bathroom floor was sticky.

We left only minutes after...

Liked: The front desk manager was helpful when we wanted out money back.
Disliked: I was checking the mattress for bed bugs and there was a used condom tucked under the mattress.
